Using Visual Basic 6.0
1) User will enter a value from a text box.
2) Open one XML file at a time from a directory and get value of tag <a1> then value of tag <a2> then value of tag <a3>
3) Concatenate the value of tag <a1> + <a2> + <a3> + text box value then write the Concatenatation string to Tag <a4>
4) Save the XML file with the same name
5) If there are more files in the directory then follow the same above procedure.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
