Add finished PHP script with language detect to website

Hello freelancers.
I'm looking for PHP developer which will find in website a script which blocking this finished script: [url removed, login to view] I added this script from pastebin to the website to detect user browser language and redirect to good url because website have different 6 languages. If I'll add this script from pastebin, I have error with too many redirections (website not display) but URL redirection working. You have to find blocking script from other files on website and delete or change them - that's all.
