Seller can request to register and register products for auction. They will have small bid to make the auction live, then a final sale fee to pay only if the product sale.
Buyer can open account to check auction and buy.
They can pay by paypal when they win auction or recharge account.
It need to be similar as [login to view URL] buyt not same design. It need to be different.
Administrator of website need to approve listed products 1 time then the auction can goes on whatever the seller make an auction up.
