Create an online restaurant table booking system

We need a restaurant table reservation selected and installed on our Wordpress website.
Most important:
The system must:
1. display accurate availability,
2. only provide the option to book available tables/ seats,
3. confirm bookings automatically at time of booking
4. send customers an email confirmation of booking
5. maintain the contact information of all persons who book
6. permit booking of tables at two defined times of day e.g. 6pm and 8pm only
7. book tables in multiples of 2-seats i.e. a party of 3 people would be a table of 4-seats
8. availability should be maintained in terms of total capacity, we can easily rearrange tables, they are not fixed i.e. two tables can be joined to form a table for 4 people etc etc.
9. allow customers to cancel their booking
10. encrypt all data in the database
11. include administrator view of the bookings and enable this data to be downloaded to spreadsheet.
The system won't need:
online payment
SMS confirmation
