Create a report from CSV

I can email a .csv file to be queried into static reports based on column headers ie date and or client status. Currently, there are less than 300 lines in the .csv file. I need to have these reports updated, so I believe that I need an access database to somehow remove the existing data and import new data weekly. I am able to do some of these tasks myself but am unable to create the queries or format the reports to fit the pages I need.
