Custom coding to pass leads from Wordpress Ticketing Plugin to SalesForce API

Use REST based API of SalesForce to deliver contact details to Salesforce.com. The user contact and additional details in are gathered within the WordPress database by EventEspresso an event management and ticketing plugin.
EventEspresso Version 3 "EE3" is the one currently in place. This system uses a JSON API interface.

Information to Be Synced Upon Each Event:

Event Details passed to [login to view URL] outside of the common fields will need to be formatted to fit the Notes field. This passed information will need to be synced to the correct contact using Phone Number as the unique identifier.
Each time this contact purchases additional tickets the purchase information would be passed automatically to the Notes Field while synced to correct contact. Each entry from a ticket purchaser would receive a simple DateTime Stamp to help with reconciliation.
We have a iPhone and Android Apps that use the JSON API to check attendees in and out of the event. When the Check-in or Check-out DateTimes are logged within WordPress I would like the Check-In and Out Times to be passes to [login to view URL]
