We should have a report we can print with delivery status of all SMS (with ability to filter) and if we open employee profile should have a correspondence tab or something similar to view all correspondence sent to that employee.
For questionnaire side important that each user is sent a unique URL that will take them straight to the questionnaire. Having users to login will not work.
SMS sent to staff with unique URL to access questionnaire.
The URL will take them directly to a form with their first and last name already populated from database.
User must verify DOB (against database information) before being able to continue with the form.
Agreement before submission for electronic signature (IP address, device type, time etc)
Once form is submitted, if user reopens same link, say this is already completed etc and cannot resubmit.
Regarding the admin side here’s a few ideas.
An admin has ability to resend questionnaire easily per staff member in case of number change or failed delivery etc.
All events regarding SMS and questionnaire are logged under user profile.
Needs ability to send SMS with generic link based on a schedule and ability to send per department or shift.
The generic link should be something like – [login to view URL] as an example (TBC).
Questions should be easily editable in admin area.
Obliviously it needs to be very user friendly and fully compatible with mobile devices. I have attached an example of what we would expect the layout to look like just radio buttons or similar. (no drop downs etc)
We would need a scope of works if this is all possible and there would be finer details to provide.
Results to be present in admin site under individual employees and ability to have CSV file for export that will include first, last name and test pass/fail results.
API with SMS provider link. In the admin portal we will ability to view delivery status of SMS, sent failed etc. [login to view URL]
Deadline has to be 15/08 fully tested and ready to go.
