WP Development Expert Needed - URGENT - 503 error

We need help with an old WordPress website showing 503 errors.
The site had about 2-3h on and off of 503 errors due to too many database calculations.
Also, upon a health check we have two issues showing:
- Background updates: A plugin has prevented updates by disabling wp_version_check().
- Loopback request: The loopback request returned an unexpected status code, 500, this may affect tools such as WP_Cron, or theme and plugin editors.
They might be the reason for 503 errors.

The problem with loopback means for some reason your server is not able to call itself. This could be due to firewall or some mis-configuration on domain or hosting end. I have had the same problem on one of the host Daha Fazla
