Download PDF files after insert email WordPress database

i have website WordPress with form to register some information like first name last name email and so ...
i need someone to create link to download PDF files according emails registred.
i want to upload that PDF files through FTP to some folder, then when the register put his email the code will move to see the database if that email are there then it will foreword him to download that PDF files if email exist .
there are more than 1 PDF file for each register .
