I am looking for an application that will operate on Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) mobile devices that will allow someone to conduct a survey with LimeSurvey ([login to view URL]).
* The app. must be able to operate without constant Internet access.
* Data collected (survey results) when not connected to the Internet must be stored and encrypted locally on the device and automatically uploaded immediately to the mysql database after the device reconnects to the Internet.

It does not need account management. It only needs to save values and then insert the values into the mysql table upon getting an Internet connection.
The surveys are currently online. So, the app could download the particular survey.
Ten people take the survey while the mobile device is offline.
Questions might include: Do you like the service that you received today? Yes / No.
The questions are stored in mysql and only need to be downloaded to the app.
Then the user gets an Internet connection and answers to the 10 surveys are inserted to mysql.
