Need heavy maintenance work done on custom php/MySQL sites with SOAP and Paypal integration to ecommerce providers.

Need substantial maintenance work done on 10 year old php/MySQL sites with ecommerce interfaces to eWAY and Paypal. Sites are on our leased server. Sites have been not well maintained and a number of problems have cropped up, especially re: automated email interface on server and others. Also may look at a facelift to the sites and adding new functionality. Estimate at least 50 hours of work, perhaps more, so not looking for a fixed fee at this point however may ask for fixed fee estimates for various sub-projects once the programmer is up to speed on the sites. Unfortunately no documentation exists for the sites, so there will be a (paid) amount of time in the beginning to get up to speed on the sites. Have had multiple contract programmers from eLance etc working on the sites, so the code isn't pretty, but that's the job. Will likely result in ongoing maintenance work and potentially new project work for the chosen programmer/firm.
Want established, stable, experienced programmers with lots of PHP and MySQL and eCommerce API integration experience especially to Paypal, but also to eWay would be helpful.
