Need query software created

I need a program, where I Can drop a list of IPs or Domains into a list form (100+ Domains or IPs) and have it checked and give back the blacklists from this site:

This site has some sort of throttling per IP, so it will require some proxies and strategic multi-threading.

You need to make sure that it functions properly and pulls the blacklists in a reasonable amount of time.

One more thing:

We need the domains to be checked on a Nameserver check software, to check to see if the name servers are resolving. Some domains get taken down by the registrar and will not resolve to the nameservers. We need this to check that as well.

One last thing: If the nameservers resolve and have an A record at the nameserver level, we want it to pull the IP(s) for that domain and show it, and also check the IP against the blacklist mentioned above.
