There should be a number of client and server interface. Client should be requesting for medicines to the servers and the optimal server should be awarded to the clients, depending on the ratings of server seller(Kind of like amazon recommendation). There should be special authentication for person opting for prescribed drugs. There should be a map included that should suggest the doctors present nearby. There should be a chatting system as well, so that the user can contact with the pharmacist to get the optimal drugs.
The website should be designed using Javascript or PHP and the database should be designed using optimal Query language
