PHP Issues on Wordpress Site

I'm looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in Wordpress and PHP to help fix my site. After updating woo commerce on my main domain and w 3 total cache. I've started seeing PHP errors in my error logs. Please see screen grab attached. Prior to this I was unable to update W3TC because it wouldn't recognize the version of PHP I had. I fixed this by adding a handler to my htaccess file in order to force the plugin to recognize the PHP version. This fixed the issue however, it caused a 500 error on my subdomain. I've since removed the handler from the htaccess file. And I talked to a few technicians at my host. However, since making those slight changes. I'm seeing white screens across my site like on category pages [login to view URL] and even when I try to login to the admin panel. I've tried disabling all plugins. I've tried deleting W3TC but nothing has fixed the issue.
I'm looking for someone to help me determine the cause of the issue and help me fix it, without affecting the checkout pages on my subdomain.
