PHP Label Generator with Barcode from MySQL Query

Hi,
we are looking for a simple PHP Solution which provides the generation of Barcode Labels in PDF Format.
The single labels are coming in the format 48,3mm x 25,4mm and must be printed to a A4 PDF. The padding for the A4 is 8mm on X and Y. There is no space between the single labels.
The Data source is a MYSQL query.
