SHOPWARE 6 Developer to troubleshoot some issues with a developed plugin

I got a search form developed for a shoes shop, that would allow filtering based on length and width values and a tolerance value. The results are then customized based on how well results fit the criteria.

The search function seemed to work fine but we are having some issues with it. Might be related to an update or the shop owner not knowing what she is doing.
Anyways, I need someone to troubleshoot this and get it working asap. The previous dev disappeard on me. He might be sick. Not sure.
