Hi,
I've a client in the medical space that has an online form (question air) that his patients complete. One the form is completed, it will send him (doctor) an email with the answer, the patient and also save them on the website where the doctor can login and check.
However, 30% of the time, patient can't submit the form. We are not sure if it's a compatibility issue, java issue, security issue etc.
So there's two part for this project:
1. Determine what is causing the submit form not working. Whether it's a coding issue, java issue, OS version issue etc.
2. One it's been determine, provide solution to fix the issue and also do testing to ensure it's fixed.
