Webscrap multithreads eshop

Need multithreads script in python3, to scrap products with descriptions and prices, to mysql db, and need function to update changed prices and product by date from sitemap.
Without using any additional payment server or buying proxies.
Control script:
[login to view URL] control of script (run, stop, restart, update) from web (wordpress? or such UI), just put buttons and have all process progress bars
2. Script must be runnig from hosting, so traffik must be friendly for host provider
3. Data write to Mysql DB
4. Script must writed in Python3 and have all process progress bars
5. Script should be (free, not using APIs or paid proxies)
6. Script must parse 70.000 product very fast, and not more than 1 day long
7. Script must parse product ID, URL, Image url, Brand, model, color, size, Stocks in each shop, Promo products ids, categories hierarchy
8. Update function should check sitemap, in setted period (each 2 days), for changes, and update changed values, put in MYSQL updated data with history, must have upload function for manually upload and parse products ids from pdf catalogs and when use same script to scrap each product details
To start milstone and not wasting my and your time, firstly i need:
1. to see proofs if you can scrap my site, for example parsed random 5.000 products and estimated time for do that
