Issue Points Functionality

Whenever an order is placed and successfully paid for, this loyalty plugin will issue points based on the phone number used. Phone number must be in international format with no spaces and or special characters. It must be in international format example 18681234567 or 18001234567 etc

If an order is placed and successfully paid for and the user is not found in our database with that phone number then the user is created with the correct profile info (name, phone number, email) then points are issued to user.

Redeem Points Functionality

Users will be able to view a list of rewards they qualify for within the loyalty dashboard.

When a user clicks on “Redeem” this generates a unique coupon code for that user only which has no expiry date. The points are then deducted from the user’s points balance after the coupon was successfully generated.

User can now click on that voucher to apply it to their cart for the designated discount.
