Wordpress / Cassipress : Backend do not remember any setting

Hello,
I just moved my Wordpress/Classipress Website on a new domain. Since, my image do not display.
In the backend, when I select 'show ads images' and click save, the setting is not remember.
This project is to make my website works perfectly, si you might need to help me with some other details if need after this fix.
