Architect needed to design Apartments:
The land is a corner block. The total land area is 680 square meters, wherein 35% is the garden area.
Specification:
1 block, 2 storeys, No more than 9 meters high Underground car parking
Each apartment will have:
- 1 bedroom
- 1 kitchen
- 1 bath and 1 toilet (bath and toilet can be together)
Note that:
- the room size is not less than 8 square meters
- the bedroom, kitchen, and toilet and bath should have a window each
- the area of each apartment is no less than 40 square meters.
- should be economical and practical
apartments can be 1 or 2 bedroom apartments.
