Translator Italian into Russian

Hi,
We are looking for a translator(s)/proofreader(s) Italian to Russian which we can use for multiple jobs. The assignments normally contains easy travel content which need to be translated from Italian into Russian. Normally we pay our freelancers for easy touristic content and based on experience a maximum of $ 12,- per 1000 words for translations and $ 7,- per 2500 words for proofreading (assuming that the translated text is of good quality).
If you are interested in this ongoing project, could you please let me know what your best rates are? And are you willing to do a small test translation?
