Need a website built in the style of [login to view URL] with the same functionality as that site. Please research the site functionality before bidding. All content of the website must be easily editable from the backend. I must be able to add/remove/edit website content/images/articles/pages/blocks/menu's etc with ease from the admin panel. The report check function is very important. Please make certain that your bid is an accurate amount. There is a trend going around with freelancers bidding lower amounts to be awarded the project, and then halfway through the project demanding more money to finish it. I will not negotiate price once the project has been awarded. Any negotiation must be done prior to awarding of the project.
