Hey, it's Rose! Got my very first job in a Hotel & Restaurant prior transitioning to becoming a call center agent. I’ve had previous BPO experience for almost 5 years and now working as a freelancer for over 3yrs. I did Inbound, Outbound, Email Support, Chat/ Text Support, Customer Service Rep, Real Estate VA and a Freelance VA for 3 years now. The tools/CRM I am familiar with so far are as follows: Salesforce, Podio, XenCall, REI Reply, REISift, Smarter Contact, Smrt Phone, Calltools v1 & v2, CISCO and RingCentral. At the moment, I am opening my doors to new learnings, new niches and new environments. That is because I feel like I imprisoned myself in a Real Estate background and never learned other positions in the freelance world. I meet deadlines and don't make promises I can't keep. I'm a team but can steer the ship alone if needed be.
