Being a keen learner and having a prior Internship experience at AA Joyland Pvt Ltd, where I was working in Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, and Training and Development department. In the Recruitment & Selection section, I was given the task to post the jobs and to screen the CVs, and I was also taking short interviews over the call. Therefore, I had to make primary arrangements for the interview. I have also learned about monitoring the Key Performance Indicators and conducting the training in an organization. Besides that, I have been a Recruitment Intern at Ibex Global where I was responsible to take an initial round of interviews and forwarding them to the department for which their profile is matching. During my internships, I have worked on human capital management software and recruitment management systems.
