The piece is one of a series of advocacy pieces, on behalf of a client who manufactures and markets motorcycles, to try and dissuade the Nigerian government from going ahead with a proposed blanket ban on commercial motorcycle operations, popularly called "Okada" in Lagos State, across the country.
The idea, thankfully, was eventually shelved by the government.
