My name is Akash Saxena. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant in India. I have also done IFRS certification course from Dun & Bradstreet. I have started my own consultancy firm for providing finance and accounting services at very competitive rates. I have 12 years of rich experience in Global Finance and Accounting. Prior to starting my own consultancy firm, I have worked with companies like Genpact and Accenture wherein I have worked for UK, US and Australian clients. The key responsibilities handled in these organizations were of managing the Onshore knowledge transfer of finance and accounts operations and stabilizing these operations back in India office. I have good experience in below processes: Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll management, Monthly close - Preparing and posting monthly adhoc and standard journals. Preparing the trial balance, balance sheet reconciliation and performing the ratio analysis, Management reporting - Preparing monthly management performance report and providing commentary thereon. Budget comparison and commentary. Preparing yearly and half yearly financial statements and notes to the accounts, Preparing and filing tax returns, and have good experience in operations excellence - which is a tool to manage the financial operations efficiently and involves the concept of lean and six sigma.
