I think my greatest strength as an educator is being open – minded. I accept change and try to improve myself to be able to catch-up with all the new things happening in education. I also view teaching not as a job but as a calling. I was called to impart knowledge to youth and others and of course for them to learn how to love others, which I think is very important.
