I am a retired lawyer. Early in my 50-year legal career, I was on the tax policy staff of the US Treasury Department, International Tax Counsel’s office, (Washington). I followed that with 40 years in private law practice. My legal experience demanded well-honed skills in research, writing, and communication.
I have a BA from Harvard University, a JD from Indiana University School of Law, and an LLM (Taxation) from Boston University School of Law. I taught advanced corporate taxation for 3 years at Southern Methodist University School of Law.
Since retiring, I have satisfied my passion for writing by freelancing, especially for Textbroker where I have written more than 300 articles and blogs. I am a member of an exclusive Textbroker Legal Team for which I have written more than 90 orders, most of which have been published by law firms on their website blogs. I have also written blogs relating to finance, economics, and business.
