I have an extensive experience in providing Customer Support to various industries and businesses. I've been working as a customer service representative for years. I have worked in financial, customer service and technical fields for US and New Zealand Accounts providing email and phone support , including both inbound and outbound calls. I am excellent in MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email, IM and Windows Application. I can type 56 wpm. I am a fast learner, efficient, can easily adapt to new projects and hardworking individual. My previous experiences had equipped me enough to excel at everything I do. I am looking for a full time job which will allow me to use my skills for my client's and for the project's success.
