Responsible for creating and to develop ongoing business relationships with our business client’s, senior managers, supervisors, channel associates and technicians to reduce their cost and risk of owning and maintaining mission critical system associated services. Leads solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management.
