I am interested in Mechanical engineer as I am 2nd honours graduate from Modern Academy for Engineering and Technology and Masters postgraduate from Ain shams university with 8 years of work experience as a mechanical engineer. Out of my 8 years of experience, 3 years and half I worked as a teaching assistant in Modern Academy for Engineering and Technology and from January 2018 till now I am working as a project development engineer for Egyptian national railway authority. I have been to Germany and South Korea for Factory acceptance test and Training in signaling systems respectively. Currently, I am pursuing PhD degree from Benha university in the same field. I can provide Designs and Ideas Immediately with low cost.

Optimization of EDM process parameters for Al-SiC reinforced metal matrix composite

International Journal of Engineering and Technical Research (IJETR)

stir casting method (SCM) was used to produce metal matrix composites (MMC). Aluminum (Al) 6061 and silicon carbide particles (F500≈15µm) were selected as matrix and reinforcement materials respectively. Matrix, Al-5%SiC and Al-10%SiC were subjected to Electric discharge machining (EDM) to analyses the effect of input parameters namely peak current (Ip), pulse-on-time (Ton), duty cycle (DT) and gap voltage (Vg).
