We build dynamic websites with creative GUIs in Flash or Photoshop/Fireworks that interface with .NET applications, SQL databases and static content. You should understand dynamic websites, interaction with data layers, getting DB content into Flash or highy stylized design layouts, and creative thinking when designing unique websites. Looking for folks with a passion for web design and development that specialize in MS platforms with VB.Net/C#, Flash, Actionscript, XML, and SQL Server. Typically we integrate audio and video players in client managed news types of websites. Starting to look at integration of commerce and social networking methods. Being familiar with PHP, Cold Fusion, 3D, Audio and Video tools are all nice additions but not required. I prefer to work with 2 or 3 people regularly that are masters of their skillset. Please love what you do and be very good at it. This is not for the unexperienced.
