I would like to say that when we started the process of searching for an offshore developer it was an extremely daunting experience. We had no idea what the process looked like and were going in blind! However throughout the entire process Addon Solutions (lead by owner Dev) and team leader Tushar, have turn our little idea into a living, breathing and physically tangible online platform. Naturally, the concept we STARTED has evolved over time, however Dev and the team have been flexible, skillful and able to implement everything we have asked for within budget. We even had the pleasure of spending a week with the team in India and got to meet them all personally which was an amazingly productive and beneficial experience. I was very pleased with the work done by AddOn solutions, even though it was not possible to finally released a product due to Apple removing access to a vital feature needed by the application. AddOn were good at understanding the project objectives, and were very professional in their approach - including promptly communicating the problem created by Apple's decision in the latter stages of the project. They delivered a working prototype promptly and were always very obliging as minor refinements to the specification were made in the light of testing. I will happily deal with the company again on a future project and commend them to other employers!
