Beware if you'll be putting their code on a Linux server. They code on Windows boxes and only test on Windows boxes. The problem is that file names and MySQL table names aren't case sensitive on Windows, but are on Linux. They're a bit sloppy about case consistency, so their scripts that test fine on their Windows boxes break on Linux boxes. Even after I told them to audit their code for this problem, I still had to scrutinize their code and fix case mismatch errors to get their scripts working on my Linux server. Since an 8 or higher requires "thoroughly tests and debugs" and I was having to do that for them, I had to give a 7. Otherwise, good code and good guys.
