Partner with the Division Leader to ensure the financial aspects of operational issues are understood and incorporated in business solutions. Develop 3-5 year strategic plans and annual budgets. Provide Executive Committee regular updates of division performance. Review and create project analyses for Investment Committee approval. Manage R&D Controlling team and ensure appropriate IFRS treatment of development projects. Financial lead for local SOX/internal.controls. Support and develop the skills and abilities of the Controlling team. Financial lead on numerous cross-functional teams. Provide the division explanatory support for customers and suppliers as Technicolor (then Thomson SA) went through the French Sauvegarde process and debt restructuring. Begin development of a cash focused forecasting and results analysis process for the division.
