I come from a business process outsourcing background and for the last decade I have dedicated my skills and talents to various BPO companies. I have worked with large and reputable companies that require advance knowledge and experience in the technical field. I have gained many valuable skills, developed my potentials and self-growth. My experience in troubleshooting data circuit, networking and customer service are noteworthy. I pride myself for being effective in accomplishing my task. I believe the most important skills I have learned is how to work well with other people, to be patient and open-minded. I have worked and dealt with people from different walks of life, angry customers, spoke with people who spoke a different language but despite all of these I have always delivered good customer service. I have mastered the skill of organizing and for that I have received awards for upholding the standard of quality.
