I worked as a content editor on a BPO company (LexisNexis Australia/New Zealand and LexisNexis Caselaw account) for more than 8 years. My duties as a content editor includes: • Proofreading, editing, tagging and cite checking of the court cases from United States using XML program thru Fab Editor. • Updates client database information (i.e. name, address, contact number, e-mail address, firm, former employment, etc.) • Researches unclear/incomplete information for verification, fixing incorrect data links and update of online documents. • PDF/Doc Conversion • Communicates with Client by sending queries and other notifications thru e-mail. My goal is to provide a service that will meet the client satisfaction. I am able to meet deadlines and prepares the list of priorities by segregating all data for tracking. I am able to perform the job well and deliver a good quality work. And I am willing to work on different tasks to support the growth and success of the business.
