Starting job position- recruiter, recruited for major companies filling positions for their
management teams. I quickly moved up to assistant manager. Assisted the manager with
handling daily tasks with a team of recruiters. Such as training, interviewing new recruiters,
daily meetings and also recruiting myself to make sure positions (interview slots) were being
filled. Within months I became manager of my own team and thus gaining more
responsibilities such as dealing with clients on a daily basis to make sure their needs were
being met. I held multiple accounts normally from five to six accounts. I dealt with my own
team of recruiters; hiring firing, training, meetings, and making sure daily goals
were being met. I also had to interview each candidate to make sure they were qualified and
to get them prepared for the job interviews.

With this job I worked on many projects. We worked as independent contractors for Dish
Network selling satellite services to customers. Our job was to set appointments and do
follow up calls to make sure everything was set. We also served as customer
service representatives for the installers. Other projects consisted of working for various
medical insurance companies. We would set appointments for the salesmen to come out and sell their insurance.
