I am a self-taught Linux Systems Administrator with 10+ years of experience, with lots of experience including setting up and maintaining email, web and database servers. Some programming skills, mostly using scripting languages as Python, Ruby and others like PHP, Perl and shell scripting. Automation using Puppet is a new area of interest of mine, and I have some experience managing several Debian Linux systems with this tool. I like to see myself as a proactive person, willing to face new challenges and keep learning new things. My experience include working for 2 Internet Service Providers on my home town as a systems administrator for several years, later on I founded my own Linux Solution company with a friend of mine, designing IT solutions for small & medium sized enterprise customers, and finally founded a Email Marketing firm, designing and programming the core components for a mailing service capable of sending millions of messages per day.
