- Installation and sales of commercial Lindgren-Pitman Monofilament Longline Systems were booked solid as far as six months in advance as a result of the intensified marketing campaign. Restructured and conceptualized a very effective advertising campaign that stressed the number of commercial installations (the highest in the industry), expertise and longevity of the company, and success rates of LP Systems (backed by research on LP Systems) and included a ROI analysis.
- Directed the Open House and had record sales. Solicited twice as many sponsors and 83% donated products, which compared to the previous year was three times the amount.
- Increased marine parts sales through the creation of the PartsExpress Department.
- Reduced total advertising costs in publications by 12%, $8,664.77, through skillful negotiation on contracts. Increased the number of commercial ads by 97%. Increased the total number of sport-fishing and commercial ads by 25%.
- Recreated the online sport-fishing store. Key changes included doubling the number of products available, account login creation, best seller list, 'what's new' feature, new high quality images, improved ease in finding products, website statistics, and search engine optimization. Produced all photographic work and edited the web database.
- Redesigned the Pacific Ocean Producers logo, signs, newsletter, business cards, and some OPI packaging graphics. Created all advertisements and posters. Created the first Pacific Ocean Producers commercial brochures.
