Working as a full time professional in the software industry now for more than 25 years, I have the expertise and tools to combine the best of design with state of the art software engineering, project management and business skills in a well proven, industrial strengh solution development framework that delivers on time, budget and QUALITY. Most probably I differentiate here because, more than others, I do especially care on a project's initial stages. Here I have the communication skills and multi-domain, multi-cultural experience to really understand your and your user's requirements in DETAIL and to manage project risks quite from the beginning rather than an afterthought. Further I can relay on a wide network of co-opetive experts, freelancers and friends so that, in case I cannot do all on my own, I can still deliver on time. Nevertheless I think it is very important that you always will have the same, single point of contact, a trusted face, me, you can communicate with and solve issues before they are getting emotional. So, once on contract, you can always reach me personally on my phone, e-mail and MSN during office hours (hey, I have a family, two kids - no dog - smile). Finally, what I am lookign for is some sort of a longterm partnership where we can do some large scale projects together. Nevertheless, when I am bidding on small projects as well, then this is because I am most probably exploring related technologies in this field anyway for may own purpose, or because I can copy/paste something that I have put into production before. Field experience in Travel (Retail, Business Services), Banking, Outsourcing and HR business on large, multinational levels.
