c. Visnova provides development services to customers that build software products (ISVs).
2. Business Process Outsourcing Solutions
a. Customer management services: Visnova has built a software tool to manage customer feedback at various touch points. This enables obtaining customer and market mindset for their products and services. Using this tool, Visnova voice and data processing service to provide intelligent customer and market analytics in order to make right decisions.
b. Telemarketing and telesales services: Visnova has been concentrating on such services to high tech customers. Visnova's team has the high degree of domain knowledge, excellent communication skills and experience in interacting with C-level contacts.
c. Customer support: Visnova provides our customers with a competitive edge by providing “24x7” support services.
d. Visnova in near future will also provide outsourcing services in Recruitment management, HR management, Supplier Management, and order processing areas.
3. Healthcare Services
a. For the last four years, Visnova has been working with Ambulance companies in the USA to transition and operate their processes from India. Till date, Visnova has run 14 different process covering voice and data processing work.
b. Collection Management Solutions for Hospitals: Services include collection follow-up and denial processing (resubmission of claims etc).
c. Full lifecycle management of receivables from billing to collection to various healthcare entities.
