Website & logo design for new business • £75 GBP

I was initially happy with Scotts work, he listened to my needs and met them. He uploaded my site and being a new user of freelancer.co.uk I presumed that the money was automatically transferred to Scott. To my horror 1 week after the site went live and now mention from Scott about not being paid, He decided to remove my site from my hosting ( I had trusted him with my username and password). He also uploaded unsafe files to my hosting causing Google to issue a Phishing warning and my hosting account to be suspended. I am sorry to say that this guy cannot be trusted, Which is a shame as his work was very good.
