PHP site styling works on server, but in local development, styling is misplaced/missing. I have some instructions from another developer on how to get this working on thier windows computer, with xampp/mamp setup locally (updating header, footer, and .htaccess files). But Im using a Mac computer with default apache setup and instructions do not seem to work for me. I will appreciate some instructions to get this proper local setup asap. All styling for this project is located in the files. I can explain project structure further, if you believe you can solve this for me via instructions or screen share.

The biggest issue is we constantly are getting 504, 525 or other 5xx errors/time outs for our websites when the connections to our server increases. The actual CPU load is low and not the reason.
