Customer's website running an unsecured formmail on three pages. Forms have stopped working (not received by customer via email). Need to confirm the root cause and to convert to acceptable, secured forms.

I have a running website where I need the formmail to be updated from frontpage to asp or cgi. The website is hosted on server 2008 running IIS7.

I want to use this functionality to have completed registration form sent to me and the person who entered the form. However, I am missing one thing: I want to add a generetad invoice in pdf format as attachment as well. Creating the pdf is built already; the only thing what must be done is adjusting so the pdf file is sent as attachment. It's so much easier to view the attachment and as you can see from the attachement (phone numbers and contact info stripped), there are many input fields. Currently, the entire page works perfect in CGI FormMail but my hosting company is switching to PHP SMTP verified mail so the form needs to be in PHP. However, the world won't come to an end if I can't get the SMTP function working as, worst case scenerio, the form can be sent from the server and bypass the SMTP verification. I design many websites with formmail forms, and need help in order to add code to simple form. I don't want to use Captcha or any of those kinds of services. I need the code to add to a regular HTML form that will require the user to enter in the word that I tell them (in a graphic), to a required field, to prevent spamming. I have a site that has a formmail script that works to any email address except for the domain it sits on. example... the site is and if we put any email address like radu[at]huski[dot]com[dot]au they will never get the emails If i use any other email address from, another domain or hotmail, gmail etc.., it works just fine and gets the email. Now the website and email are hosted separately so this is the issue but because host and email admins all cant help any further with this issue, I need this to be fixed through code in the form. This project should be a quick one. I set up FormMail php script for a couple of my surveys/forms on a site and it keeps giving me an error. The error will either be that Your Name field or no recipient picked. Now I have recipients filled in as well in the tests I did I also put in name and email address. As well it still sends the email to recipient that I fill in but it says there is an error as well. It gives this error both in the browser for the person filling out the forms/surveys and gives it to me the recipient in the email it sends me.
