My organization would like to integrate Hitappoint scheduler directly into our EHR system. We have the developer license and access to the source code. The functionality we are requesting: 1) Creation of a client or staff within our EHR system would create the equivalent in hitappoint and port the equivalent data. 2) A link in our system would direct to a specific customer schedule in hitappoint scheduler. 3) A link in our system would direct to a specific staff schedule in hitappoint scheduler. 4) Staff logged into to our system would not need to login to hitappoint. 5) Customers would not have link into our EHR system. 6) Add Checked-In as an appointment Status with corresponding text sent to the scheduled Staff when the Status is Checked-In. 7)...

We're using hitappoint appointment software () within a joomla install. It's purely run from admin side at the moment. Admin books the appointments, creates users, confirms everything then after appointment they check them out and add payment etc. Users and Appointments sync automatically with freshbooks. I need a very simple 5 item cart added to a specific page within hitappoint. Products available would be from a specific Virtuemart category (user added). Admin would select which product(s) to add from a drop down (up to 5)...these products(and tax) would get added to total and would need be added to the freshbooks invoice during sync. I have a booking system (based on a older version of hitappoint) that requires some functionality changes. Currently when making a booking you do the following; 1. Choose a service ie. tennis coaching lesson and the duration you'd like to book. These durations are currently setup as seperate services ie. 60 mins / 120 mins etc etc. 2. You now choose a court ie. Indoor / Outdoor 3. You then choose a time and date 4. Finally you choose a coach. Although this works, the problem is that the user has to go back and forth a lot when trying to book a court, coach and date when they are all available.
