How to troubleshoot website not working işler

Simple project, about 8 years ago we had a site that we hosted at some point we changed the site to a landing page. I would like someone to review the hosting files and determine if the old site is still there and can we make it go live. I do see the database for the site is still in the PHPMyAdmin side so I'm hopefull the code is there as well
