We are planning to design a housing site in Ankara/Turkey. We need two alternative 3D design. In first alternative; we put 4 villas and two apartments which one has 6 flats in 6 floors(in parcel 1) and the other one has 4 flats in 4 floors(in parcel 6). In master plan our parcels are 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9. We will put willa on 1, 6, 7 and 8. The apartment will be in the 2nd and 9th parcels. Floor plans and roof plan of the villas is attached. You will prepare the 3D model and render it according to the photos of that villa. The apartment has a 3D model in 3Dmax. Also that is attached. In second alternative; we put 2 villas and 2 apartments. One apartment is big and has 10 flats in 5 floors and the other one is smaller which has 5 flats in 5 floors. We are a food packaging company, our products are all PET (Plastic) we want to have 3d models of our products. They have some little special details on them. This details most be seen easly. Photo shoots did not give details we want so we thought that 3d models could make details more visible. We are going to provide technical modelings and photo shoots seperately. A photo of our product is also attached. There are total of 30 products to be 3d modelled. Please see attached files, these are not our products but we want our 3d modelings look like them.

Provide me a high resolution texture for print out at least 35x50 cm. cmyk & min 300 dpi 4. Provide me zbrush or mudbox all project files for later use. Do not delete sublevels in the project files. 5. Fix the model with the texture 6. provide me obj , mtl and texture files for final result. 7. use the plane object resolution as i send you in the attachment. 8. The model size will be 35x50 about 4 cm height. and the mesh will be quadrangled not triangled as is in the attachments. The result model will be used for CNC milling. Fix the model for this purpose.
