Need help configuring LanDesk with best practices for reliability in a mixed Windows/Linux environment.

We have a bunch of activities that we do for every project and we need to have a utility that can take these activities as an Excel Sheet input) and create tickets in Landesk Ticketing tool and assign it to the respective Engineers (one of the columns in the excel) automatically.
